Another awesome weekend of performances by the drama team! Jon Crutchfield and Aaron Preston (welcome back, Aaron!)did an excellent job in their drama on the mainstage, illustrating the sticky reality of foggy betrayals that we might encounter in our lives. (I love that we didn't do the stock idea of adultery, but stretched ourselves outside the cliches to more open ended authenticity. Yay, writing team.) The tension and natural relationship between the two of them combined with extremely tricky props and set were a winning combination to set up Dr. Bob's amazing message on forgiveness and God's love.
Meanwhile, downstairs in the Penguin room, Sierra and John, directed by Dalene were entertaining my little girl and her peers in a way that only "Professor Wonder" can! Great job, everyone!
